Volunteer Triage Assessor
We have an exciting opportunity for the new voluntary role of Triage Assessor
No qualifications or experience are needed, as long as you are friendly and approachable – and able to work positively with all sorts of people. We’ll make sure you get the right level of training, support and supervision, with opportunities for development in the widely respected Citizens Advice programme.
The main activities include
- Helping to find out what our clients are expecting
- Finding information to help people’s next steps
- Booking appointments
- Help complete referral forms
- Supporting with reception
- Recording completed work you have done
We are looking for people who are
- Committed to the Citizens Advice Service and how we work
- Able to use basic IT packages
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills
- Willing to research new information
- Enthusiastic about working as part of a team
