Casebook User Guides
We have brought together a range of resources mostly relating to local services and the effect on them of the Covid-19 crisis – we will update as they become available.
Adviceline Guides – All support, training and videos for the national advice telephone system are on Cablink in one page including HTC and Supervisor roles.
FCA Training – Please read through the slides, enter your details at the end and click submit.
Online learning portal – The new Citizens Advice learning website is now live. It’s called Docebo – pronounced Doh-chee-boh J. If you have a Casebook login and are a designated home worker you will be able to access Docebo using the same login you use for Casebook.
GDPR Training for Staff and Volunteers – You will need to log in with your unique username and password to enrol on the course “GDPR for Volunteers and Staff”.
Training Request Form – If you need to request some training please discuss it with your Learning Supervisor and then complete the form so we can get it booked for you
