Adviceline Guides – All support, training and videos for the national advice telephone system are on Cablink in one page including HTC and Supervisor roles.
Docebo – Online Training – The new Citizens Advice learning website, Docebo, is now live. You will be able to access Docebo using the same login you use for Casebook.
Training Bulletin – please check the training bulletin in the Adviser Documents area for updated courses from our providers, the content is being updated frequently so please check back for new info.
GDPR Training for Staff and Volunteers – You will need to log in with your Casebook username and password to enrol on the course “GDPR for Volunteers and Staff”.
SMCR Part 1 (previously FCA Part 1) – please complete this training if you haven’t already, you will need your Casebook Login for this.
