Energy Adviser (Vacancy)
Job Purpose:
Join our team at Citizens Advice Rushmoor as an Energy Adviser. In this role, you’ll provide practical energy advice and support to people who are struggling with energy costs or are in vulnerable circumstances, helping them access financial assistance, improve energy efficiency, and make informed choices. You’ll deliver high-quality advice by phone and in person, work closely with colleagues and partner organisations, and help achieve positive outcomes for clients. We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, organised and committed to delivering an excellent service that makes a real difference to people’s lives.
Salary: £26,322 to £27,923 per annum pro rata depending on experience
Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Period: Fixed term contract ending 30th June 2028
Location: Based primarily in our two offices in Farnborough and Aldershot
