Join our Talent Pool
We regularly recruit for a range of roles across Citizens Advice Rushmoor, supporting people across the local community with advice, information and practical help. If you’re interested in working with us, but there isn’t a suitable vacancy available right now, you can register your interest by joining our Talent Pool.
We recruit for a variety of roles, including information and support roles, advice and specialist casework, supervisors and managers. The exact skills and experience we look for will depend on the role but we value people who are committed to helping others, communicate well, can work effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds and are willing to learn and develop.
We offer a range of full-time, part-time and flexible working opportunities, with hybrid working available where the role allows. We provide training and development to support our staff to build their knowledge and skills, alongside benefits including annual leave, occupational sick pay, pension and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
