It’s Student Volunteering Week!
We’re celebrating our wonderful student volunteers for their invaluable dedication and hard work in helping people across England and Wales.
“I started volunteering at citizens advice just before the third year of my law degree. The experience has greatly surpassed my expectations. Volunteering for citizens advice has allowed me to have a hands on role in real cases and leave each shift feeling that I have made a real difference in somebody’s life. I have also gained invaluable experience which will no doubt aid me in my future career. I hope that, even after graduating, I will be able to continue to support the organisation.”
Alice has been volunteering with us here at Citizens Advice Rushmoor since June 2023 and has been a real asset to our volunteer team. We have been very impressed with her dedication and diligence and her enthusiasm to get involved in helping clients – we are so happy to have her with us!
