CLOSED – Mediation Manager (Vacancy)
Job purpose:
To establish, develop, and manage the North Hampshire Mediation Partnership (NHMP), offering free and impartial mediation services to local residents.
This is a pivotal new role that combines service design, partnership development, and operational management to ensure a high-quality, sustainable mediation service is embedded in the community.
Salary: £27,940 – £31,868, Pro rata depending on experience
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Period: Permanent Contract, starting as soon as possible
Location: Aldershot/Farnborough offices
Reporting to: Programme Lead – Justice
