Volunteer Receptionist

The role of a Volunteer Receptionist is an important one – you will make a significant contribution to ensuring clients are able to access our services for advice, when they need it. Our training and support packages are invaluable – you’ll not be expected to know it all from day one. You’ll receive an induction period, which will give you the confidence and skills needed to deliver an excellent level of customer service to our clients.   You will have full support throughout your induction, and during the training and delivery of your role.

You will also have developmental opportunities to undertake other roles if they interest you.

You will be able to work within our Aldershot and Farnborough offices and also remotely. You will be reimbursed out of pocket expenses (travel to and from our offices and parking costs, along with any additional costs from attending relevant training courses, as required).

Due to the level of support given and the training required for this role, we ask that you are able to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per week, for a period of six months – this can be split into half days or full days – we’re completely flexible! We require support between 9.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday.

If you would like to discuss the role and training further, please email the Service Manager: – [email protected]
