Staying Safe from 19th July

While 19th July is being talked about as “freedom day”, Citizens Advice Rushmoor’s priority remains delivering a service that is safe for everyone.  We are keeping all measures under review, and want to reassure everyone of our commitment to an environment that creates confidence and security for all.

Our management team is meeting fortnightly to review both the service levels and needs of clients, and we are working within the regulations which govern us as employers, and as a service provider.  We are continuing to offer face to face appointments in a safe environment, for those people we are unable to find a way to support remotely.  Our telephone, email and detailed advice and casework continues, and we are working with others in the community to prioritise delivering advice in a way that best meets people’s needs.

We welcome feedback as we develop our future service model, and we are continuing to invite responses to this survey so that your feedback can help us to shape that work.  Meanwhile, please continue to use the Contact Us page on our website for full information on our help by phone, email and by referral.
