Joining Forces for Families

What is Joining Forces for Families?

Joining Forces for Families (JFFF) is a project funded by the Armed Forces Covenant and delivered by Citizens Advice Hart, Rushmoor and Portsmouth.  It is aimed at helping serving personnel and their families when they encounter life’s stressful events.

The service operates through a referral process (see link to form below)

Once referred, clients will be contacted initially by a JFFF assessor trained to deal with more straightforward cases.  For more complex needs these cases will be escalated an appointment to a dedicated adviser/caseworker.  The client and any family members can be seen at the armed forces base such as a HIVE or a neutral location such as local offices.
