Digital Customer Services Agent – Kickstarter x 5


We are planning an information session on 7th April for everyone referred by the Jobcentre.  This is so you can find out more about working with Citizens Advice, and what you will gain from the placement.  We can help you with the application form at the session, so don’t worry about completing it before then.

These posts are ONLY for applicants referred by the Jobcentre, and meet the criteria of the Kickstart scheme.  The full guidance, job description and person specification for each role is supplied by the Jobcentre.

Skills gained through the training and experienced gained through this role include:  

  • Using technology and phones to deliver a quality service
  • Supporting people facing difficult times
  • How to approach problem solving (including understanding benefits and money issues)
  • Helping people to find a way forward, and reach the outcome they need
