Welfare Benefits and Debt Caseworker
Mental Health Service – Citizens Advice Heathlands
22.5 hours (3 days) pw – Salary – c £23,500 FTE (c. £14,291 actual for 22.5 hours pw)
Do you have experience of mental health? Are you motivated to support people’s recovery by providing expert advice and support? This role is to work alongside mental health professionals in hospital and community settings. The successful candidate will be committed to achieving great outcomes, through delivery of quality advice and casework.
Our service is highly valued by commissioners, demonstrated by recent confirmation of long term funding. This reflects the great reputation maintained by our experienced and supportive team.
