In 2015 we launched our report on accessing private rented sector housing in Rushmoor.

The report highlights the unjustifiable and hidden fees charged by local lettings agents, along with the problems faced by private renters with landlords, port conditions and evictions.
Thanks to Rushmoor Borough Council for their input, along with national Citizens Advice, which all contributed to an informative and productive session.
